Testimonials

We hired Diana as our property manager at Metropolitan Place when we decided to rent out a unit we owned. We were living across the country and Diana took care of everything we could possibly imagine and then some. She kept us informed every step of the way during the initial rental and on through the eventual breaking of the lease and recovery of monies owed to us for the lease duration. At that time, we decided to put the condo on the market and Diana took over as our seller's agent. She staged the condo, got the garden cleaned up, professional photos done and advertising. I'm pleased to say that we had multiple offers within a week of listing and ended up selling for more than our asking price. We highly recommend Diana for both property management and as a realtor. She is nothing but professional, honest and caring. Jen & Robert James
